William F. Riley, Jr.
Mr. Riley is the senior partner of Riley McLendon, LLC and was admitted to the bar in 1981. As a practicing attorney, Mr. Riley represented the State of Georgia in both civil and criminal matters, having tried hundreds of jury trials and having argued in thousands of hearings. His strengths lie in strategic planning, management, drafting legislation and municipal government.
- Appointed to the Bench as Judge in 1995, later as Chief Judge of Atlanta Municipal Court, retired in 2004, and returned to private practice

Cecil G. McLendon, Jr.
Property rights, those belonging to the citizens and those of the government, are a special area of expertise for Mr. McLendon, a managing partner at Riley McLendon, LLC.

Scott Hastey
Scott’s relaxed demeanor is crucial to his success as he negotiates litigation matters, both commercial and civil, and as his role as Assistant City Solicitor in the City of Johns Creek.

Leonid Felgin
Mr. Felgin, a recent graduate from the Georgia State University College of Law, was ranked 19th in a class of 181 students. Lenny’s special talent is languages: he’s fluent in Russian, as well as conversational in Spanish and Hebrew.

Latonya Hayes’ legal expertise is driven by her experience in various prosecution positions. As a member of Riley McLendon, LLC. Ms. Hayes is an Assistant Solicitor in the city of Sandy Springs, GA, and the city of Johns Creek, GA.
